xbjee Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the xbjee platform, including the website accessible at xbjee.ws, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, application programming interfaces, and any services, products, games, or features offered through those channels (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by xbjee ("xbjee", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any game or promotion, or depositing or withdrawing funds, you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where the Platform is accessible. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the xbjee Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player 's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by xbjee that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, sports bet, virtual game, or other wagering activity available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by xbjee before processing certain transactions or at any time at xbjee's reasonable discretion.
• "Real Money" means actual BDT funds deposited by a Player or credited as withdrawable winnings, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the xbjee website, all associated interfaces, and all services provided thereunder.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

To register an account with xbjee, you must be at least 21 years of age. You must also be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your place of residence. By registering, you warrant and represent that both conditions are satisfied and that you will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the xbjee Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. xbjee reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any funds or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. xbjee may request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. xbjee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have previously notified xbjee of a security breach in writing.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

xbjee reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. xbjee may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. If an Account balance reaches zero as a result of such fees, the Account may be closed.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xbjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the Platform's banking page.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may vary by Account tier or VIP level. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction. xbjee reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion, with notice provided to affected Players where reasonably practicable.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of xbjee's anti-money-laundering controls. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full before a withdrawal request will be approved. xbjee reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your xbjee Account balance immediately upon confirmation of payment. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours following approval, subject to KYC status and any applicable security reviews. xbjee does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by xbjee are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the Bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at reduced percentages to the Wagering Requirement, as detailed in the relevant Promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse of Promotions

xbjee reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse a Promotion. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion; using bonus funds in a manner designed to reduce risk or exploit mathematical advantages; collusion; or any other behaviour inconsistent with normal recreational gambling.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the xbjee Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating. xbjee accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and, for sports betting markets, the rules of the relevant sport and event. Settled bets are final unless an obvious error has occurred. xbjee reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds or on markets affected by a technical error, and to recalculate settlement accordingly.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, xbjee's decision regarding the outcome shall be final and binding. xbjee does not accept any liability for system failures, network interruptions, or software errors that affect gameplay, provided that the Platform has taken reasonable steps to maintain service availability.

7.4 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals) and other sports offered on the Platform, are subject to additional sportsbook rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. These rules address matters including in-play betting, event cancellation, draw no bet, and void bet conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbjee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbjee staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.

9 Responsible Gaming

xbjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 10 Privacy and Data

11 Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by xbjee

xbjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued operation of the Account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform. Where an Account is closed for breach of Terms, any funds held therein may be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting xbjee customer support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion period may not be reopened until the exclusion period has expired.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money balances will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjee, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

xbjee's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbjee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

13 Amendments to These Terms

xbjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at xbjee.ws/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
